At J3 Insurance, we continue to see companies re-brand and make changes as our industry continues to change at a rapid pace. We feel we not only keep up with the changes, in many ways we are in front of them – always trying to improve everything we do. The time has come to re-brand as one agency and make sure we are forever adapting to meet the needs of our clients, employees, and carrier partners. We have experienced significant growth over the last few years, both organically as well as through agency acquisitions.
After buying 3 agencies in 2017, it became clear to us that it's time to move in the direction of a new name, a “re-branding.” We feel it's important that we operate as one and position ourselves for future growth anywhere in the USA, not just Northern MN. We expect new leaders to emerge within our agency and we want to be ready and able to position ourselves for future growth. It's time we become one identity, one voice, one common and well known agency name for clients to feel safe, sound and secure for many years to come.
With the name “J3,” we feel strongly that it fits us best. It's simple yet powerful in that it represents the current team of owners, Jeff, Jason, and Joe. Their mix of backgrounds have proven successful in operating and growing a strong independent agency.
Jeffrey McCaffrey, CPCU
Jeff brings technical expertise from understanding forms, coverages, and work flows. He has many years of experience with one of the strongest regional insurance carriers and helped lead his territory in sales for that carrier. He brings a perspective to J3 that others just don't have, understanding what carriers value in terms of doing business with their agencies.
Jason E. McCaffrey
Jason brings sales expertise which helps the agency develop strong relationships not only with clients but the local community as a whole. His prior sales training and development with a large, regional independent agency helps J3 operate very efficiently and effectively.
Joe Beaupre, CIC
Joe brings direct sales in property and casualty expertise, as well as life insurance. His background with a direct writer at the start of his career helps J3 understand how market choice is important for our clients. His strong community involvement is an asset to J3, he understands the value in giving back to the communities we serve.
