Nikki graduated from UW- Superior with a Bachelors Degree in Communications Management. She brings many years of customer service experience to J3.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband Mark and their 3 daughters; Emma, Maci, & Chloe. When she isn't watching her daughters play hockey or soccer, she enjoys traveling to Florida, spending time on their boat, shopping and hanging out with family and friends.
