Hunter grew up in Duluth playing hockey and going to school at Duluth East. After high school, he played a year of Junior hockey in Minot, ND before attending The College of St. Scholastica, where he played hockey and double majored in Finance and Management. He is married to his longtime partner, Kali, who is also from Duluth. Hunter stays involved in the community coaching hockey in Hermantown and being an active in the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce programs. Professionally Hunter is very passionate about helping people and building strong relationships with his clients.
